Accessibility Statement

BlueTier aims to make its public website, onboarding, and dashboard usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies.

Effective and last updated: 2026-07-28

Our target

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the practical target for new and updated website experiences. Conformance is an ongoing process, not a one-time badge or certification.

Controls implemented

  • Semantic headings and page landmarks
  • Keyboard-operable navigation and dashboard dialogs
  • Visible focus indicators and skip links
  • Associated form labels and announced validation errors
  • Responsive layouts that avoid horizontal overflow
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Color contrast reviewed against Level AA targets
  • Reduced-motion support for users who request it

Testing approach

The project uses automated accessibility audits together with browser interaction checks for mobile navigation, focus movement, dialog escape and focus return, form behavior, responsive overflow, and reduced motion. Automated tests cannot confirm every assistive-technology experience.

Known limitations

Third-party content, browser behavior, and connected services may not provide the same level of accessibility as BlueTier-owned pages. The authenticated dashboard can also display operational data whose accessible presentation depends on the data returned.

Feedback and assistance

If you encounter a barrier, email IT@bbmgroup.io with “Accessibility” in the subject. Include the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or accommodation that would help.
