Grounded in your own knowledge.
Add what your business knows once: paste text, upload a document or import a page from its URL. When a conversation needs an answer, the most relevant passages ground the draft, so the reply says what you would say.
You stay the one who replies.
Drafts are for your review by default: read, edit and send. Optional limited automatic replies within parameters you approve are available in Beta and are off by default. When a conversation needs professional judgment or a business discussion, it is handed to you.
Guardrails on anything automatic.
If you turn on automatic replies (Beta), each one is checked again at the moment it would send. Opt-outs and sensitive topics such as legal questions, refunds or press never get a machine reply; only conversations confidently labelled Lead qualify; automatic replies are capped per conversation; and no automatic reply is sent without a matching passage from your knowledge base.

How does BlueTier’s AI know what to say?
From your knowledge base. You add the facts — pricing, offerings, FAQs, scripts — by pasting text, uploading a document or importing a URL, and each draft is grounded in the passages most relevant to the conversation.
Can AI send a response without my involvement?
The answer depends on the capability enabled for your membership and the workflow you approve. Some configurations may provide drafts for human review, while other approved workflows may support limited preliminary responses within defined parameters (Beta; off by default and enabled only at your direction). BlueTier should clearly document the enabled behavior before activation, and conversations requiring judgment or a business decision should be escalated to a person.
Which channels can a drafted reply go out on?
Any channel connected to your inbox. A draft is a reply in its conversation, so when you send it, it goes out on that conversation’s own channel.
