LinkedIn Platform Disclosure

BlueTier is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official representative of LinkedIn.

Effective and last updated: 2026-08-06

Independence and platform risk

BlueTier is an independent business-development platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by LinkedIn Corporation or its affiliates. Certain BlueTier features may involve third-party software, workflow automation, delegated account activity, or assisted messaging performed in connection with a customer’s LinkedIn account. Use of these features may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, permanent account suspension, loss of functionality, or other action by LinkedIn. By using these features, you accept that risk.

Unipile and connected-account access

BlueTier uses Unipile, a third-party automation and connectivity vendor, to operate connected LinkedIn accounts. The connection is session-based: it relies on the session or cookie established when you connect your account, not a stored password. BlueTier never collects, asks for, or stores your LinkedIn password. Through this connection, the platform can perform the account activity a connected session permits — for example, viewing profile and network information, sending approved invitations and messages, and reading conversation threads — strictly to run the workflows you configure and approve.

Platform ownership and trademarks

LinkedIn is a third-party platform with its own terms, policies, product controls, and enforcement decisions. LinkedIn and related marks belong to their respective owner. BlueTier cannot modify a restriction or guarantee continuing access to the platform.

Official automation guidance

LinkedIn says it does not allow unauthorized third-party software or browser extensions that scrape, modify, or automate activity on its website. LinkedIn states that automated inauthentic activity can lead to temporary or permanent account restrictions.

Invitation limits

LinkedIn does not publish one universal numeric quota for standard connection invitations. It identifies rapid or excessive invitations, ignored or pending requests, spam reports, and prohibited automated activity as potential restriction triggers. BlueTier does not claim that an external daily or weekly number guarantees safety.

Workflow approval

Before any managed workflow is approved, the client should understand how prospects are researched, how messages are sent, which tools or integrations are involved, what data is processed, and what stop conditions apply. Clients should review the workflow against LinkedIn’s current terms and their own legal, compliance, and security requirements.

Policy changes and feature changes

LinkedIn can change its terms, product controls, or enforcement approach at any time. If a policy or platform change affects BlueTier’s automation or workflow features, those features may need to change, pause, or be discontinued. BlueTier will notify customers of material changes to features or to this disclosure.

No outcome or access guarantee

BlueTier does not guarantee platform access, invitation capacity, acceptance, replies, meetings, leads, revenue, or the absence of a warning or restriction. Results depend on the account, audience, offer, message quality, market conditions, and third-party decisions.

Stop and escalation conditions

  • Pause activity when the platform displays a warning or restriction.
  • Honor recipient stop or opt-out requests immediately.
  • Escalate suspected compromise, unexpected login activity, or identity-verification prompts.
  • Do not share passwords or verification codes through public forms.
  • Reconfirm the approved workflow after a material platform-policy change.
