Subprocessors

BlueTier uses a small set of third-party providers to host, store, and operate the platform. This page lists each provider, its role, and the categories of data it processes.

Vercel — hosting

Role: hosts the public website, dashboard, and application APIs. Data categories: request and connection data such as IP address, browser and device headers, timestamps, and routes requested, plus the content submitted through site forms in transit. Region: see provider documentation.

Google (Google Sheets) — operational records mirror

Role: operational records mirror used for onboarding and workflow tracking during the current storage migration. Data categories: onboarding submissions, contact details, campaign configuration, and authorization records. Region: see provider documentation.

Neon — Postgres database

Role: managed Postgres database that is becoming the platform’s primary data store. Data categories: account, campaign, and dashboard records, including customer-provided profile, ICP, and messaging context. Region: see provider documentation.

Brevo — transactional email

Role: sends transactional email such as confirmations and workflow notifications. Data categories: recipient name, email address, and the content of transactional messages. Region: see provider documentation.

Unipile — LinkedIn account connectivity

Role: third-party connectivity and automation vendor used to operate connected LinkedIn accounts. Data categories: connected-account session data, profile and network information, and the approved invitations, messages, and conversation threads involved in a customer’s workflows. BlueTier never collects LinkedIn passwords; the connection is session-based. Region: see provider documentation.

This list is updated as vendors change. A Data Processing Addendum covering these subprocessors is available on request — email IT@bbmgroup.io — and the public template is published on the DPA page.
