What AI does in the product

• Onboarding assistance: turns your business context into a working campaign setup.
• ICP discovery: identifies and refines the audience your campaigns target.
• Profile analysis: reviews positioning and suggests profile improvements.
• Messaging drafts: prepares outreach and follow-up drafts for your review.
• Conversation summaries: condenses threads so you can respond faster.
• Performance recommendations: suggests adjustments based on campaign analytics.

Human-in-the-loop checkpoints

Nothing AI drafts is sent on its own. The customer reviews and approves messages and campaign changes before they go out, and BlueTier’s team handles approvals, exceptions, and escalations — oversight by exception, not by default. You can pause or change any campaign from the dashboard.

Data usage

AI features use the profile, ICP, and messaging context you provide or authorize, and only to provide your own service. Customer data is not used to train shared models unless separately disclosed. AI prompts and outputs are handled under the same privacy policy as the rest of your data.

Known limitations

AI can be wrong. Drafts can misread context, summaries can omit detail, and recommendations can miss what a human would catch. Review AI output before approving it, and treat suggestions as a starting point rather than a final answer.

Logging and disputes

AI outputs are logged so that campaign activity can be reconstructed for troubleshooting and dispute resolution. If you question how a draft, summary, or recommendation was produced, email IT@bbmgroup.io and we can review the logged output.
