Program name and sender
The program name is “BlueTier text alerts.” Messages are sent by BlueTier, operated by Black Belt Management Group LLC, from the toll-free number (855) 825-7822.
What we send
Account and security alerts, campaign and inbox notifications, and replies to your support requests. BlueTier does not enroll anyone in this program without their opt-in.
How to opt in
You opt in on the single-page SMS consent form at bluetier.ai/sms-consent by affirmatively checking the consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing or using any BlueTier service.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email support@bluetier.ai.
You can also text STOP or HELP to (855) 825-7822, the toll-free number these messages come from.
Carrier disclosures
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include the major U.S. mobile carriers; coverage, delivery, and timing are not guaranteed by BlueTier or by any carrier.
